    Our business is based on your satisfaction, so we will always endeavor to send your product(s) as soon as possible once we have received your order. If, however, your order is of an urgent nature (buying for a birthday that's only a few days away?!), please notify us in the notes section of the checkout area or send us a quick email, and we will do our best to prioritise your order.

    Bamboodha uses Australia Post for most of our deliveries, and use their guidelines for average length of time for delivery. Please see the below table for guidelines on postage costs and delivery times.

    We take pride in the presentation and delivery of our stock, so if you feel that your parcel has been mishandled in any way, and the goods compromised, please notify us immediately so that we can follow up with Australia Post and ensure that they uphold their end of the bargain.


    Exchanges and Refunds

    Our refund policy is standard for Australian retail, and has been endorsed by both Consumer Affairs (Vic) and the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission:

    ‘Please choose carefully.

    We don't normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

    You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don't do what they are supposed to do.

    Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase.'

    If you feel that you are entitled to an exchange, credit or refund, please return the products in their original condition (new, unused, unwashed and clean of stains) within 10 days of receipt of goods.

    For those who are buying Christmas gifts well before the date, will be able to exchange (exchange only and of a similar product) the good(s) they bought if they didn't get the right size. We understand that the Christams period can be a stressful one trying to organise everything on time. For this reason, we will allow you to exchange the good(s) that need to be exchanged for being of the wrong size. However, the cost of the return will be at your charge, and the good(s) need(s) to be in their original and unworn conditions, and have at least a copy of their receipt attached to it.

    The item(s) do not need to be in their original packaging, however please include your receipt as proof of your purchase, when you return your goods. You may wish to take a photocopy for your records.

    If the goods are indeed found to be faulty, we will:

    a) Be deeply apologetic for any disappointment and/or inconvenience

    b) Reimburse you for any postage costs (original and for the return), in addition to replacing/refunding the goods.
